Hi, my name is Sylvie Rivin.

I’m a Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist (CCHt) and the founder of Inner Routes Hypnotherapy. I studied at the Hypnotherapy Training Institute (HTI) in Corte Madera, CA and am certified by the American Council of Hypnotist Examiners (ACHE). I also love photography and nature. The route to well-being may be easier than you think.

Sometimes, before we can move forward, we have to dig deep down into ourselves to get to the roots of the matter. That’s how we discover what is holding us back. By traveling our own inner routes, we emerge stronger and more capable of change and growth.

Here’s how it works:

  1. Start by scheduling a free consultation with me. You can also email me directly or call 415-291-0411. We will talk for 20-30 minutes so I can hear what you’re trying to accomplish, you can get to know me a little bit, and I can answer any questions you may have.

  2. When you’re ready to try hypnotherapy, schedule your initial session with me.

  3. During our initial session together, which will be approximately 2 hours in length, we’ll get some paperwork quickly out of the way, get to know each other more, and then you’ll have your introductory hypnosis session. After that, you can decide if you want to continue with a course of follow-up sessions.

  4. Hypnotherapy is a process that can take some time. To make changes that will last, several sessions are often required. Follow-up sessions are generally 90 minutes each. You can pay as you go or buy a package of 4 sessions at a discounted price. If you buy a package, additional sessions will always be at the discounted fee whenever we work together in the future.
